About Jabo Lab

Hi, I'm Nicole.

I’m a creative and systems thinker interested in making work, ideas, and technology more human.

My perspective comes from a mix of operational experience and formal study in Business Administration and Organizational Development & Leadership at the University of Denver. That combination taught me to see change as both a systems challenge and a human one — shaped not just by plans and structures, but by emotion, trust, identity, and the lived realities people carry with them.

My work sits at the intersection of creativity, operations, communication, and practical AI. I’m especially drawn to the gap between what sounds good in theory and what actually helps people in real life. That means I care a lot about clarity, usability, ethics, accessibility, and building things that feel thoughtful instead of performative.

I tend to gravitate toward complexity — then translate it. I like untangling messy systems, improving processes, connecting ideas across domains, and making hard things easier to understand. Just as importantly, I care about the human side of all of it: the nervous systems, values, limits, identities, and realities that often get ignored in the name of speed or innovation.

Jabo’s Lab is where I explore that mix.

This is a space for writing, reflection, experimentation, and creative thinking about AI, work, learning, neurodivergence, spirituality, art, and building a more grounded kind of career and life. Some of what I make is strategic. Some of it is personal. Some of it is playful. All of it is driven by curiosity, depth, and a desire to create things that feel real.

I’m especially interested in collaboration with people who are building thoughtful, values-aligned work — whether that means creative projects, consulting, writing, education, or new experiments at the edge of tech and humanity.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, welcome.

Interested in collaborating?

I’m open to connecting with people working on thoughtful, values-aligned projects in writing, AI, learning, accessibility, mentoring, operations, and neurodivergence. If you’re building something useful, humane, and real, I’d be glad to connect.
